I've learned over the years how healing it is to notice God's Beauty and then journal my prayers alongside the images that I take or find beautiful. Something happens within my brain and body that honestly changes how I show up in my life. God's love and grace are always near.
There is Beauty in hard things - that doesn't mean the hard is beautiful, it just means that through His love and grace, we can find something to be grateful for. For example, a monarch butterfly landing on a zinnia flower while at the same time processing the loss of my dad.
